How do you charge for your services?

I charge per/pane for my window cleaning service. The price of each pane is determined by the size, type and accessibility of your windows. I can do remote bidding using pictures and provide a ball park price, or I can come do an estimate for free to give you an exact quote.

You do not need to be present, but I always love to meet my customers. Most estimates can be done in 5-10 minutes with a quick walk around the property without needing to go in your home.
If you will not be home please leave any locked gates unlocked. They will all be left as I find them
The written estimate will be a firm price on the service/s you choose.

I customize a cleaning to meet your individual needs. If it's a full clean be rest assured on a professional experience.
I always remove my shoes and work carefully and safely on the interior of your home. That means your furnishings, floors and window treatments will be left just the way I found them.

I want to give you the best experience possible, so I don’t want you to stress out about my arrival.
That being said, the following considerations are always appreciated:
- Remove any breakable items from window sills.
- While I always help move any furniture, try to make your windows as easily accessible as possible.
- Please make sure your pets are in a safe place. I love pets but would feel terrible if I stepped on a paw or got soap on them.

I clean in cold weather, as well as hot and humid weather. I am also still able to clean on rainy days as long as it is not a blowing, driving rain. A light rain will not affect your windows. Remember, it is not the rain that spots the windows, but a driving rain hitting a dirty window screen!
